A weekly synthesis of longevity research, read through the lens of women's biology and the environments in which we age. Twice weekly. Considered, not constant.

Bienvenue dans l'archive.
The longevity industry is largely in the business of subtraction: less disease, less decline, less dysfunction, less age. What rarely gets named is the question beneath all of it — what are the years for? The Archive is written for women who already know the answer, or are working toward it. Biology is in service of a life, not the other way around.
Each dispatch synthesises one piece of longevity research — drawn from the leading journals in women's health, endocrinology, neuroscience, and nutritional science — and reads it through the lens of women's biology and the environments in which we age. Muscle. Bone. Sleep. Hormones. The nervous system. The soil beneath the food. The architecture of a long life.
We publish twice weekly. We publish only when the science warrants it. We do not write for volume. The Archive is the editorial journal of AION Atelier. The Atelier Protocol — our biological study, personalised — applies this same rigour to a reading of your own biology.
We do not provide medical advice. We provide the intelligence to ask better questions.
